Allison Whitaker, Charlotte, NC

Allison is an experienced professional facilitator and trainer for workshops on climate literacy, solutions, and biodiversity. She has delivered workshops to more than 500 people including executive teams across various sectors including investment banking, airline, and manufacturing industry. Allison brings over a decade of communications experience to her work.

As Local Coordinator, trainer, and facilitator for the Climate Fresk, she expands access to robust climate education and develops new facilitators. She also volunteers as a facilitator for En-ROADS, Climate Pitch, and The Biodiversity Collage.

In her role as Extension Associate for the North Carolina State Climate Office, Allison bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and decision-makers to equip them with the information they need to shape our changing world. Her work champions climate awareness and resilience cultivating a fairer and safer future for the citizens of North Carolina and beyond.

Allison seeks to catalyze change by helping people understand the big problems and move towards solutions together.
